Students belong inside the protection plan.
Commercial per-user pricing can make complete student coverage difficult to fund. Guard includes active student mailboxes in the district’s agreed scope without a separate student license charge.

Straightforward K–12 pricing
Schools should not have to ration protection between staff and students. Guard Complete gives the district one clear annual price, every core protection, and no separate student license charge.
Why we price Guard this way
Our team came from K–12 education. We know that every technology dollar is a public trust, and that student safety cannot become an optional line item.
Commercial per-user pricing can make complete student coverage difficult to fund. Guard includes active student mailboxes in the district’s agreed scope without a separate student license charge.
Authentication, content, attachment, link, impersonation, quarantine, investigation, and reporting capabilities belong in one complete plan.
The annual price is clear, standard implementation is included, and message volume does not trigger an automatic surprise overage.
One complete plan
Guard Complete brings the checks and investigation tools school teams need into one tenant-aware workspace. The plan does not reserve stronger protection for a premium security tier.

A fair price needs clear terms
Reliable protection starts with an honest understanding of the district’s environment. Before activation, we agree on domains, active mailboxes, expected mail patterns, retention, implementation scope, and support needs. If those needs change, we plan the next step together before the bill changes.
No charge, with a limited initial scope and shared acceptance plan.
No separate implementation fee for a qualified Google Workspace launch within standard scope.

Pricing questions
A staff mailbox is an active employee, faculty, administrator, or other workforce mailbox in the district directory scope agreed for Guard. Aliases, groups, and shared mailboxes are included within that agreed scope.
Yes. Every active student mailbox in the agreed district scope is included without a separate per-student license charge.
For a qualified Google Workspace environment, standard implementation includes domain and mail-flow planning, identity and directory setup, administrator guidance, staged validation, and cutover support within the agreed scope.
No automatic message-volume overage charge is added. Before activation, we agree on protected domains, mailbox counts, expected mail patterns, and retention needs. If those needs change materially, we plan the capacity and commercial impact together before making a change.
Guard evaluations currently focus on qualified Google Workspace environments. Microsoft 365 will use the same core pricing after the district tenant and integration path have completed qualification and validation.
